Servers have major login issues

All servers are having major login issues. Either you can't login at all, you only get to 90% on the log in bar, or you can only log on certain characters.

 

I'm making a post about this now so people can try to log on as soon as possible and just park your character. Don't try and log on last minute cause you could be waiting for upwards of an hour.
